  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 scrambled egg plus 2 Tbsp. water
  • oregano
  • basil
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • 2 c. slightly crushed cornflakes

Directions

    Rinse and drain chicken pieces.

    Dip one piece at a time into egg mixture, then coat with crushed cornflakes.

    Place on broiler pan (already sprayed with cooking spray).

    Coat all pieces, then season to taste.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes (until no pink juice runs out).
