- 2 cups Oats (do Not Use Instant)
- 1/2 cups Millet, Uncooked
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 cups Cooked Quinoa, Cooled
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 cups Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Craisins Or Dried Cranberries
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 F

2In a large bowl mix the oats, millet, chia seeds, flax seeds, brown sesame seeds, quinoa, salt and cinnamon.

3In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir well to combine.

4Line a large rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread the granola evenly over the parchment.

5Bake for 45 minutes, turning the granola every 15 minutes for even browning. Remove when granola is lightly browned. Cool and then add Craisins or dried cranberries. Serve.
