  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 2 tsp. ice water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream butter.

    Add sugar and pecans.

    Add flour, ice water and vanilla alternately.

    Shape between fingers and cook 45 minutes in 300° oven.

    Remove while hot and roll in powdered sugar.
