  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. cut leaf spinach in butter sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
  • 3/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 envelope country vegetable soup mix
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
