  • 6 matzos or 4 c. farfel
  • 1/2 c. fat or margarine
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 to 1 1/2 oz. chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. ground nuts

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in fat until tender.

    Add broken matzos and toast lightly.

    Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Add nuts.

    Shape into 2-inch balls and bake at 375° for 20 minutes until brown.
