- 1/2 c. fat or margarine
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1 to 1 1/2 oz. chicken soup
- 1/2 c. ground nuts
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in fat until tender.

2Add broken matzos and toast lightly.

3Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Add nuts.

4Shape into 2-inch balls and bake at 375° for 20 minutes until brown.
