  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 large can evaporated milk

Directions

    Cream together eggs and sugar; add remaining ingredients and beat well.

    Pour into a lightly greased 10-inch Pyrex pie plate. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
