  • 1 (16 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach or 1 c. fresh spinach
  • 1 1/2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Cook spinach and drain well.

    Add spinach to the rest of ingredients and mix together in a large bowl.

    Turn mixture into a 9-inch pie pan.
