  • 1 1/2 tbsp yeast
  • 1 1/4 tbsp salt
  • 6 1/2 cup flour

    mix dough with hands until well mixed and dough forms

    knead dough several times, then put dough in a plastic grocery bag, making sure all the air is out

    refridgerate dough at least 3 hours, but it can be stored for 3 days in fridge

    when ready to bake, boil a pot of water and put it in the oven.

    shape dough and put on a greased cookie sheet in oven with pot of water for about a hour to rise

    leaving water in oven,take bread out and preheat oven to 450

    bake 25-30 mins
