- 3 cup warm water
- 1 1/2 tbsp yeast
- 1 1/4 tbsp salt
- 6 1/2 cup flour
Directions

1mix first 3 ingredients, then add flour

2mix dough with hands until well mixed and dough forms

3knead dough several times, then put dough in a plastic grocery bag, making sure all the air is out
-
4refridgerate dough at least 3 hours, but it can be stored for 3 days in fridge

5when ready to bake, boil a pot of water and put it in the oven.

6shape dough and put on a greased cookie sheet in oven with pot of water for about a hour to rise
-
7leaving water in oven,take bread out and preheat oven to 450
-
8bake 25-30 mins
