Ingredients

  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1 cup tasty cheese, grated
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 12 cup chopped parsley, grated
  • 30 g butter, melted
  • 34 cup milk
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • salt and pepper
  • 12-1 teaspoon mustard

Directions

    Mix together the butter, milk, egg and seasoning in a small jug.

    Put all other ingredients into a bowl and pour the butter mix over other ingredients and mix to a wet dough.

    Drop full tablespoon's onto a baking tray and cook at 350-400C for 20-25 minutes.
