- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 cup tasty cheese, grated
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 12 cup chopped parsley, grated
- 30 g butter, melted
- 34 cup milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- salt and pepper
- 12-1 teaspoon mustard
Directions

1Mix together the butter, milk, egg and seasoning in a small jug.

2Put all other ingredients into a bowl and pour the butter mix over other ingredients and mix to a wet dough.

3Drop full tablespoon's onto a baking tray and cook at 350-400C for 20-25 minutes.
