  • 1 lb. claw or regular crab (canned is fine)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs or cracker meal
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce

    Mix ingredients.

    Shape int good size thick cakes.

    Fry in butter or margarine until brown.

    Makes 2 to 4, depending on how thick you like them.
