  • 1 white onion
  • 1 Cuban pepper
  • 1 can of peas
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers
  • 1 bottle of beer
  • 1 bottle of Cuban wine
  • Adobo to taste
  • Chicken (cooked until done - sauteed)

Directions

    1. Dice onion and pepper and sautee in olive oil. Put in slow cooker.

    2. Add chicken to slow cooker and cover with bottle of wine, adding water if neccessary to cover.

    3. Fix rice according to package

    4. Add peas to rice

    5. Stir in with chicken chicken

    6. Top with roasted red peppers

    5. Add 1/2 to 1 bottle of beer
