  • 6 lb. cooked ham
  • 1 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 lb. onions, slices

Directions

    Marinate 12 hours.

    Mix juice and spices.

    Make many slits in the top of the ham.

    Pour mixture over it.

    Cover ham with sliced onions and marinate 12 hours.

    Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours, turning once and spooning the mixture over the top.

    Slice thinly.
