- 6 lb. cooked ham
- 1 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 lb. onions, slices
Directions

1Marinate 12 hours.

2Mix juice and spices.

3Make many slits in the top of the ham.

4Pour mixture over it.

5Cover ham with sliced onions and marinate 12 hours.

6Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours, turning once and spooning the mixture over the top.

7Slice thinly.
