  • 1 small pkg. cubed steak
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 beef bouillon (dissolved in 1 1/2 c. water)
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Directions

    Brown cube steak and cut into bite size pieces.

    Place steak in bottom of deep casserole dish.
  3. 3
    Cut butter and place over steak.
  4. 4
    Pour rice over this.

    Pour soup mix and dissolved bouillon over rice, then add water.

    Cook at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. (Do not batter cube steak).
