- 3 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Place venison in large Pyrex dish.

2Layer onion, carrots and potatoes on top.

3Heat soup with margarine and pour over casserole. Cover and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
