  • 1/3 c. chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
  • 2 to 3 large cucumbers, peeled
