  • 1 pkg. gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c. cold water
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • grated onion to taste
  • 1 c. salad dressing

Directions

    Beat all of this together with mixer until light and fluffy. Fold in 1 medium cucumber, chopped.

    Turn into greased mold.
