  • 1 whole Cucumber, Chopped/diced
  • 2 whole Tomatoes, Sm-med, Chopped/Diced
  • 3 whole Green Onion, Chopped
  • 1 sprig Fresh Basil (or As Much To Taste)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Or To Taste

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

    Refrigerate up to 48 hours.

    Add salt and pepper to taste when served.

    Great with crumbled blue cheese on top of a turkey burger.

    Makes a wonderful omelet with Swiss cheese.
