- 3 whole Green Onion, Chopped
- 1 sprig Fresh Basil (or As Much To Taste)
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Or To Taste

1Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

2Refrigerate up to 48 hours.

3Add salt and pepper to taste when served.

4Great with crumbled blue cheese on top of a turkey burger.

5Makes a wonderful omelet with Swiss cheese.
