- 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed, crushed
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 c. sliced, peeled cucumbers
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, dill weed, sugar and salt.

2Add cucumbers, carrots and onion. Stir to coat with yogurt mixture.
