  • 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed, crushed
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 c. sliced, peeled cucumbers
  • 1/2 c. grated carrots
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    In a medium bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, dill weed, sugar and salt.

    Add cucumbers, carrots and onion. Stir to coat with yogurt mixture.
