- 3 cucumbers
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
Directions

1Peel and cut cucumbers into thin slices.

2Finely chop green pepper.

3Finely chop onion.

4Combine cucumbers, green pepper and onion in container (jar). Sprinkle on salt and celery seed. Stir and let stand 1 hour. Combine 3/4 cup sugar and vinegar.

5Mix and pour over cucumbers.

6Cover and refrigerate. Ready to eat in 1 day.
