  • 4 chicken legs or thighs
  • 1 tbsp toasted ground cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp mexican oregano
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1 salt
  • 1 vegetable oil; as needed

Directions

    Toss chicken with enough oil to cover.

    Season chicken with dried spices except salt.

    Marinate up to 48 hours.

    Bake at 350 for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 165.

    Flip legs over half way during cooking.
