- 4 chicken legs or thighs
- 1 tbsp toasted ground cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp mexican oregano
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 salt
- 1 vegetable oil; as needed
Directions

1Toss chicken with enough oil to cover.

2Season chicken with dried spices except salt.

3Marinate up to 48 hours.

4Add salt.

5Bake at 350 for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 165.

6Flip legs over half way during cooking.
