- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1Preheat oven at 375°.

3Line cupcake tins with paper baking cups.

4Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each.

6Bake for 15 minutes.
