- 200 grams Pancake mix
- 1 Egg
- 200 ml Milk
- 130 grams Sugar
- 100 ml Water
Directions

1First make the syrup.

2Put the ingredients for the syrup in a small pan, and heat until the sugar dissolves.

3Transfer to a bowl and let cool.

4Put the pancake mix, egg and milk into a bowl and mix until smooth.

5The batter is ready.

6Transfer the batter into an empty dressing bottle (the one in the photo has a small nozzle).

7If you don't have one, use a piping bag with a small nozzle.

8Squeeze the batter into oil which has been heated to about 170C.

9They should be swirls, going round 2 or 3 times.

10Slowly deep fry until golden brown.

11As soon as they have been fried, dip them in the syrup you made earlier.

12Transfer to a serving dish.
