- 3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. mini lasagna noodles
- 9 oz. pkg. frozen, diced chicken meat
- 8 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
Directions

1Pour chicken broth into a large saucepan.

2Place on burner over high heat and cover.

3When the broth boils, stir in the mini lasagna noodles.

4Let the broth boil again.

5Turn the burner to medium-low.

6Cover the pan and cook 12 minutes or until the noodles are almost tender.

7Stir in the chicken meat, stewed tomatoes and vegetables.

8Turn the burner to medium-high.

9Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until the soup boils again.

10Turn off the burner.

11Remove saucepan from heat and serve.
