  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 c. diced almonds

Directions

    In saucepan, combine butter, curry and garlic.

    Cook over low heat, stirring.

    Add nuts; toss.

    Arrange in shallow baking dish (10 x 6 x 2-inch).

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes; stir often. Cool.

    Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.

    Makes about 2 cups.
