- 3 lb. frying chicken
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. ripe olives
- 1 medium onion
Directions

1Cut chicken in serving pieces.

2Sprinkle with salt.

3Brown lightly in butter.

4Remove to casserole.

5Slice onion thinly, cook in pan drippings until golden.

6Add mushroom soup, stir in milk and curry powder; heat to boiling.

7Pour over chicken, cover and bake 1 hour or until tender (300°).

8Add sliced black olives. Serve with rice.

9Serves 3 to 4.
