  • 1/2 lb. crabmeat, drained (fresh or canned)
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. commercial sour cream
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • toast triangles
