Curried Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- 6 hard cooked eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cilantro leaves for garnish ( if desired)
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce
Directions

1Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise.

2Remove yolks and place in a medium bowl.

3Add mayonnaise, yogurt, curry powder, mustard and hot sauce to bowl with yolks.

4Mash and stir together until smooth.

5Taste and add salt as needed.

6Using a pastry bag or baggie with the end cut off, add yolk mixture to the hollow of each egg white half.

7Garnish with cilantro if desired.
