  • 1 (1 lb.) can peaches
  • 1 can pears
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 1 can apricots
  • maraschino cherries
  • slivered almonds
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Melt butter; add brown sugar and curry powder.

    When melted, add the fruit and bake in a 325° oven for 1 hour.

    Stir two or three times.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    The next day warm again in oven.
