- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1 large can pears
- 1 can peach halves
- 10 maraschino cherries
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Cut up fruit and place in Pyrex dish.

2Drain fruit and save all juices.

3Mix brown sugar and butter; add curry powder and 2 tablespoons of the juice from fruits. Drizzle over fruit in casserole.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, drizzling the casserole twice more with the juice mixtures.
