  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 1 large can pears
  • 1 can peach halves
  • 10 maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Cut up fruit and place in Pyrex dish.

    Drain fruit and save all juices.

    Mix brown sugar and butter; add curry powder and 2 tablespoons of the juice from fruits. Drizzle over fruit in casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, drizzling the casserole twice more with the juice mixtures.
