Ingredients

  • 1 large can Bing cherries
  • 1 large can peach slices
  • 1 large can chunk pineapple
  • 1 large can apricot halves
  • 1 large can pears
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Drain fruit; pat dry.

    Place in glass baking dish.

    Add curry, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.

    Sprinkle with lemon juice, then brown sugar.

    Lightly mix.

    Add butter by bits to top of fruit.

    Cook 30 minutes in 350° oven.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Reheat in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
