  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pears, sliced
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. curry
  • butter

Directions

    Drain juice from all fruits.

    Place in 8-inch pan.

    Combine brown sugar and curry powder and sprinkle over fruit.

    Dot with butter.

    Let set at least 30 minutes, longer is better and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
