  • 1 large can pears
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks
  • 1 large can peaches, sliced
  • 1 large bottle cherries
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2-1/2 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Drain fruit well and mix.

    Put in baking dish.

    Melt butter, stir in sugar and curry powder powder.

    Pour over fruit.

    Bake uncovered in 300° oven for 1 hour.

    Serve as a relish or side dish.

    Great with ham or pork roast.
