  • 1 large can peach halves
  • 1 large can pear halves
  • 1 medium can pineapple chunks
  • 1 small can apricots
  • maraschino cherries for color
  • nuts
  • 1/3 stick margarine
  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 4 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Melt together margarine, sugar and curry powder.

    Stir constantly.

    When hot and blended, pour over drained fruit. Cover; bake at 325° for one hour.

    Excellent with chicken pot pie and as general side dish.
