- 1 large can pear halves
- 1 medium can pineapple chunks
- 1 small can apricots
- maraschino cherries for color
- nuts
- 1/3 stick margarine
- 3/4 c. light brown sugar
- 4 tsp. curry powder
Directions

1Melt together margarine, sugar and curry powder.

2Stir constantly.

3When hot and blended, pour over drained fruit. Cover; bake at 325° for one hour.

4Excellent with chicken pot pie and as general side dish.
