  • 1 (16 oz.) can peaches, well drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pears, well drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can apricots, well drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, not drained
  • maraschino cherries
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Mix margarine, curry powder and brown sugar and pour over fruit.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

    Goes well with ham or chicken.
