- 1/3 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 to 3 tsp. curry powder
- 1 (16 oz.) can apricots or peach halves
- 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves
- 1 (20 oz.) pineapple slices
- maraschino cherries
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Melt butter in small saucepan, add sugar and curry powder.

3Drain fruits (very well on paper towels). Layer in 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole with peach halves on top. Pour in butter mixture, place a cherry

4in center of each peach. Bake 1 hour, uncovered.

5Cool, cover and refrigerate.

6Next day reheat at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Best served with baked ham and made one day ahead of time.
