- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- assorted fruits
Directions

1Mix melted butter, brown sugar and curry powder in an ovenproof casserole dish.

2Drain fruits on paper towels.

3Using 4 or 5 (Number 1) cans of peach, pear, apricot, pineapple, etc., add to casserole.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

5May be stored in refrigerator for 1 week.
