  • 1 (29 oz.) can apricot halves
  • 2 (29 oz.) cans peach halves
  • 2 (29 oz.) cans pear halves
  • 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple slices
  • 1 large jar maraschino cherries
  • 2/3 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 2 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Drain fruit on paper towel; cut in half.

    Arrange the fruit in two 3-quart casserole dishes, topping with cherries.

    Combine melted margarine, brown sugar and curry powder and pour over fruit.

    Bake for 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
