Ingredients

  • No. 2 1/2 can peach halves
  • No. 2 1/2 can pear halves
  • No. 2 can pineapple chunks
  • No. 2 can apricot halves
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Combine butter, brown sugar and curry powder.

    Mix well. Drain fruit and arrange in a shallow baking dish.

    Cover with mixture of butter, brown sugar and curry.

    Bake in a preheated 325° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
