- 1 can each: pears, apricots, peaches and pineapple chunks
- 1 can seedless Bing cherries
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger or nutmeg
- 1/2 c. sherry
Directions

1Drain fruit well and cut into large pieces.

2Grease 3-quart baking dish with butter.

3Melt and cool for several minutes the sugar, curry, butter and ginger.

4Put layer of fruit in greased dish and pour half the sauce over.

5Repeat with remaining fruit and sauce.

6Pour sherry over all.

7Cook at 325° for 1 hour.

8Serve hot.
