  • 1 can peaches
  • 1 can pears
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 4 tsp. curry powder
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • maraschino cherries

Directions

    Combine fruits and drain off about 1/3 of the juice.

    Add remaining ingredients; put in casserole dish.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

    The flavor is at its best when baked a day ahead and reheated for 30 minutes at 350° before serving.

    Wonderful with pork or lamb.
