Curried Mushrooms

- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, quartered
- 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/3 c. beef broth
Directions

1Saute the mushrooms and onion in the butter or margarine for about 5 minutes.

2Add the garlic and curry powder and cook 2 minutes longer or until curry is darkened.

3Stir in the beef broth. Simmer over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

4Serve over rice.
