- 1 lb. pecan halves
- 1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt (can use less)
Directions

1Melt butter in a shallow, small roasting pan.

2Stir in curry and salt.

3Add pecans and stir until coated.

4Bake in a 325° oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Cool and put in jars.
