Curried Pecans

  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
  • 2 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp. salt (can use less)

Directions

    Melt butter in a shallow, small roasting pan.

    Stir in curry and salt.

    Add pecans and stir until coated.

    Bake in a 325° oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Cool and put in jars.
