  • 1 lb. round steak, cubed
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 c. beef bouillon (2 cubes plus 1 c. water)
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Brown steak and place in bottom of casserole dish.

    Place onion slices over meat.

    Mix together all remaining ingredients, except salt and pepper.

    Pour over meat.

    Salt and pepper.

    Cook at 350° for 2 hours.

    Serve over steamed rice.
