- 1 turkey breast
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- olive oil
Directions

1Slice turkey breast into strips.

2In a medium bowl combine all dry ingredients.

3In a separate bowl beat egg.

4Using one hand for the wet and the other for the dry, dredge the turkey in the egg followed by the flour mixture.

5Repeat until all strips are coated.

6Drizzle about a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat

7Place turkey strips in skillet, cook for 3-4 minutes.

8Flip strips, cook an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through, taking care to not overcook or the turkey will become incredibly dry.
