Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 pieces chicken, cut in small pieces
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 tsp. fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of turmeric
  • red pepper as desired
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 (15 oz.) can coconut milk
  • 3 Tbsp. graham flour
  • cooked spaghetti
  • sliced onion
  • chopped green onion
  • cilantro
  • chopped red pepper (the kind in pizza parlors)
  • lemon juice
  • chow mein noodles for garnish

Directions

    Combine chicken, onion, ginger, garlic, salt, turmeric, red pepper and oil in saucepan.

    When chicken is done, stir in coconut milk and 2 cans of water.

    Mix graham flour with enough water to make it a soupy consistency.

    Add to curry.

    Serve over cooked spaghetti and garnish.
