Curry Cheese Bacon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 195 grams Bread flour
  • 5 grams Curry powder
  • 15 grams Grated cheese
  • 15 grams Sugar
  • 3 grams Salt
  • 20 grams Unsalted butter
  • 140 ml Milk
  • 3 grams Dried yeast
  • 4 to 5 slices Bacon
  • 1 Milk or Egg for the finishing touches

    Chop up the bacon into small pieces and set to the side.

    Mix everything but the butter together and knead it.

    Finally add in the butter and knead again.

    Let the dough rise.

    Break the dough into 6-8 portions and let it sit for 15 minutes.

    With a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a teardrop shape and place the bacon on top.

    From the bottom, slowly roll up the dough having the edge facing down.

    Let the dough rise a second time.

    Coat it with some milk for the finishing touches, and in a preheated oven at 190C and bake for 13-15 minutes.
