  • 2 to 3 lb. chicken, boiled and deboned
  • 1 pkg. frozen or fresh broccoli (10 oz.)
  • 1 plain unflavored yogurt (8 oz.)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. curry
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

    Mix yogurt, soup, lemon juice and curry.

    Layer the bottom of pan with broccoli, then chicken.

    Pour sauce over chicken; sprinkle cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° until cheese melts, about 30 minutes. Yield:
