  • 2 lb. chicken wings
  • 4 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 4 carrots, diced medium
  • 4 potatoes, diced medium
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. Pet milk (evaporated milk)
  • salt and pepper to desired taste

Directions

    Mix chicken, salt, pepper, curry, onion and green pepper together.

    Cover bottom of heavy Dutch oven with desired type cooking oil.

    Slightly brown chicken mixture, then add vegetables and liquids.

    Cover; simmer until chicken is very tender (30 to 40 minutes).
