- 2 lb. chicken wings
- 4 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 4 carrots, diced medium
- 4 potatoes, diced medium
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. Pet milk (evaporated milk)
- salt and pepper to desired taste
Directions

1Mix chicken, salt, pepper, curry, onion and green pepper together.

2Cover bottom of heavy Dutch oven with desired type cooking oil.

3Slightly brown chicken mixture, then add vegetables and liquids.

4Cover; simmer until chicken is very tender (30 to 40 minutes).
