- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 18 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 -4 lbs chicken pieces
- 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
- 12 cup chopped green pepper
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 -1 12 teaspoon curry powder
- 12 teaspoon dried thyme
- hot cooked rice
Directions

1In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, salt, paprika, pepper and ginger; coat chicken pieces.

2In a large skillet, brown chicken in butter.

3Transfer to a greased 13-in.
