- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup onion, cut in large squares
- 1 12 cups celery, cut in large pieces
- 12 cup fresh basil
- 2 (8 ounce) cans great northern beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 12 teaspoon oregano flakes
- salt
Directions

1On high heat sautee onions and celery on olive oil.

2Then add fresh basil, pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder, curry and oregano flakes.

3Once onions and celery are mixed with spices add chicken thighs.

4After mixing thighs with vegetables add beans.

5Add vinegar.

6Cover and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.

7Add salt to taste.
